It is called compensation. Our beautiful bodies are created with this truly magical ability to compensate and make us feel healthy and strong.

However, with a prolonged compensation of any function, the body can develop one or more adverse reactions, especially if such compensation lasts for many years. That is why many women begin experiencing back pain, different aches and pains in the areas of their feet, headaches, numbness, tingling of the fingers and/or toes. Life doesn’t seem to be anything, but coping with daily chronic pain.

With good posture, you look more confident, reduce back, leg and foot pain, and allow more oxygen and nutrients to feed your lungs and vital organs.

      You are right in saying that we always need a new pair of shoes. We actually need a good foot support every 6 months through regular shoe wear. But it would be optimal if we had a few pairs of shoes for every activity, like going to work, exercising, home wear, weekend wear. This way, the tear-and-wear on the shoes would be much less. Hence, our shoes would be sturdier and more supportive of our feet and posture.

      I find that Lugz has a few categories of shoes to fit different needs.
      Some of their sneakers are more for preventative measures to avoid the aches and pains in the feet and up the body.
      The memory foam shoes can really make a difference in the achy feet.
      But all shoes are constructed with the stable core to support stability of the feet.

  154. You know, as a kid, I had pain in my feet- the doc said “fallen arches” and I got ortho shoes… then, of course teen and young woman age- I tried to be “sexy”. Oh good grief. Quickly learned my man was not looking for a barbie doll ! I did not have to ruin my feet for what some say Looks sexy! lol. I THANK HEAVEN for the internet because it was hard to find wide enough shoes for me. The right fit shoes, the right toe box, you will not ruin your feet. These Lugz look SO good for sure.
