  12. There is so much awareness about this issue at the moment. Now I know why they tell you to exercise your pelvic floor when pregnant!

  13. I am young and experience a bit of bladder leakage which is very annoying for me but I was taught how to work on my pelvis muscles so so far so good and no issues but this apex sounds like a great try

  15. Bladder leaks can really limit your movement or put you in an uncomfortable situation. It’s great that there’s a product that helps strengthen the muscles to avoid them.

      Yes, many of us go through the post-pregnancy low-tone muscles that support the bladder and the surrounding organs.
      The APEX is even better than kegel, as the kegel exercises are done incorrectly more often than not.
      With APEX application, all is precise.
      I read the clinical study of the InTone device on which APEX is based on. Really incredible results.
      I talked to the company, and they use the word “get rid of bladder leakage forever!” After a consistent usage daily for a few months, the muscle tone would improve and the pads would be kissed good-bye!

  20. I think that this is a great product for those with bladder leakage issues. While I’m not there yet, I did look at the information on it because I was curious. I like that they designed a way to help strengthen the muscles and improve your overall control rather than just put a bandaid (or pad) on the problem.

  28. I don’t have leakage issues, but there is a whole group of moms in my zumba class who do & there is always a collective sigh when a song with jumps comes on!
