For sure, Therafit shoes or the special inserts and socks would be a huge plus to be on feet all day long.
Fortunately, I presently do not have any problems with my feet but it is always helpful to have that information available for when or if I have problems.
Philip,
Yes, I agree that being aware of the conditions and the tools helping with it is a huge plus. Who knows, maybe you could help someone around you.
Oh I did not realize the kind of shoe could help with this problem. I do know Therafit is the best brand. But knowing this just makes Therafit even better in my eyes.
Trisha,
Yes, Therafit are some of the best women’s shoes for plantar fasciitis and related feet problems.
Therafit shoes sound perfect to me. I don’t think I have Plantar Fasciitis but I know all about foot problems. I had to have double foot surgery for tarsal tunnel and implantation for a fallen arch in my right foot. I need a good pair of comfortable and supportive shoes that will alleviate risk of re-injuring my foot.
Carolyn,
You’ve had quite a foot situation. Totally aching just reading about it.
Yes, shoes with the proper support are so essential here.

Brittany,
I fee you, as I’ve been through my own situation with the feet. Finding the right shoes is one step to alleviate the pain.
But I went further to correct the situation.
I’ve used self lymphatic massage and self myofascial release. Check out this post for more details:
https://celebratewomantoday.com/self-myofascial-release-benefits
These would be great for the plantar help. I have had 3 surgeries on one foot from it and it is not fun. I am trying not to end up in surgery on the other.
I love the look of these shoes and they look so comfortable.
I have a different problem. I was born with a bad left foot. The right one has no problems. The older I get the more problems I have with it. I am always looking for solutions to ease the pain. I will have to try the Therafit shoes.
I have done therafit shoes and they are the best!
As a dishwasher, I’m on my feet lots. Could use some comfortable shoes that are non-slip.
Vey comfortable shoes. I like the gel insert.
My husband has had this issue before and it was very painful for him. It is so very important to have the right kind of shoes. I have always wanted to try this brand but have not yet been able to afford them. They seem like they would be the best! 🙂
Hi Docia,
When I discovered these Therafit shoes, they truly have changed my life. The pain of walking has subsided dramatically.
I’ve been a runner, and my feet didn’t take it well.
So much better now: I wear a pair of Therafit sandals at home, too.
They sound amazing.
I would love to have these shoes! I now where orthotics because of bunyons in all of my shoes.
These shoes look very comforatable
I am fortunate to not have been plagued by foot problems, but I do walk a great deal and comfortable shoes are important. The campus where I work is 15 acres , I walk end to end several times a day.
my 16 year old daughter has this, and she had to have custom inserts made after she tore her meniscus in 2016. The PT said due to the way she was walking and the fact that she had this was putting a strain on her area where she had knee surgery. While she loves all the current styles for teens and young women, she knows that wearing heels for more than an hour or two is not comfy at all, and it has been a challenge looking for cute shoes for her that are stylish but also work well with her foot issues. Thanks for the tips!
I don’t have this, but I have heard it’s painful. Thank you for the useful information.
Even though I don’t suffer from any foot problems, I really appreciate a comfortable, well-fitting pair of shoes.
Wow, these would be great to help alleviate the foot pain I often get from tendinitis and my arthritis!
My friend really enjoys the comfort of her Therafit shoes. They are worn-out.
I really need some shoes. I crashed my right foot years ago and now I am a diabetic and I need shoes with support in them.
Oooh. I have no doubt my feet would welcome these! Diagnosed years ago with plantar fasciitis and more recently with tendonitis in the Achilles. Throw in heel cracks (Partly, I’m told, from living in an extremely dry climate, but I also know I don’t drink enough water. I’m working on that. Yes, I do moisturize the feet…) Anyway, my feet are a mess. These shoes look GREAT!
Wow, Elizabeth,
You sure will benefit from a pair of the Therafit shoes. They have been amazingly helpful to me. I’m a runner and screwed up my feet by running.
Therafit shoes are an essential part of my life now.
I don’t have that issue.. Just a high arch.. So I look for the ortho type shoe to hold my foot up comfortably..
Addrienne,
My friend has high arches, and she is very selective with her shoes as well. Sometimes, she just uses inserts for the shoes she loves, but do not support her feet.
My sister has Plantar Fasciitis and the Therafit shoes may help her.
I had not heard of Therafit shoes.
I have plantar fasciitis and also must wear a compression garment on one leg as I have had a prior DVT.
I am going to look into these.
Maureen,
Therafit shoes, as I found out from my personal experience, are some of the most comfortable and supportive shoes, yet they don’t break the bank.
I checked with the ortho store, and their sandals that look ugly go at over $400 per pair.
With Therafit shoes, I can get anything between around a $100. I check on their sales, too.
I suffer from arch pain. I think these shoes would be very comfortable.
Kelly,
You might try Therafit shoes. They have that arch support in them, I feel it when I wear my sandals, especially.
I love therafit sneakers have 2 pairs.
I need good sneakers because I walk a lot.
Thanks for all the info.
These shoes sound great. Having feet pain is no fun.
Oh my achy feet!! I always have the worst pain upon waking up, it’s torture and then hurts all day long. I wish I could afford someone to massage my feet all day but hubby says I’ll have to figure something else out lol.
Nicole,
I know what that pain is in the feet. But massaging alone won’t get rid o it.
Shoes that accommodate the feet is the first thing to go after. Therafit shoes are much less expensive, yet effective on the market for women. Their sandals are the most comfortable, as I have several pairs I wear at the same time: one at home, one outside, one everywhere.
But you may also look into self myofascial release. I’ve described it in detail here: https://celebratewomantoday.com/self-myofascial-release-benefits
My husband and I both wear Therafit shoes. Comfortable and stylish, too.
I have ongoing issues with my feet……so those shoes sound wonderful. I am always on the lookout for good supportive shoes.
These shoes sound amazing. My husband would really benefit from having a pair since he has foot pain on a regular basis.
I would love to have some nice custom-fitted shoes, and/or inserts. Maybe someday! 🙂
Perviously I had trouble with Plantar Fasciitis. Excellent shoes do sound like they would be helpful for those with that condition.
I have this very painful problem.
Both my hubby and my daughter have issues with their feet, from bone spurs to plantar fasciitis so I know how important a good shoe or insole can be for them. Therafit has some cute styles too!
Very helpful suggestions for happy feet and happy summer travel! Sore feet can quickly derail summer pleasure!
(HOW-TO Find Plantar Fasciitis Shoes for the Sake of Your Feet Health) It seems that the older I get, the more my feet bother the heck out of me. I can only stand certain shoes for a couple of hours at a time.
This would be something my girlfriend would be very interested in. She’s on her feet all day at work! I’m definitely going to show her this when she gets home.
I love the Dallas slip-ons in the brown color! I have heard so many good things about this brand of shoes and would love to try them. Thanks for the info I will be checking these shoes out more.

I am a runner, and run with a local running group. Sadly, Plantar Fasciitis is a common thing amongst runners, and I have several friends who have it. I will totally recommend these shoes to them.
I myself don’t have foot issues, but have recently discovered that many in my family do and so I understand the importance of taking care of your feet- I mean you need to be able to walk at the end of the day so making shoe quality a priority is so worth it. Thanks for sharing.
Jessi,
I love how you put it about being able to walk at the end of the day. Yes, without pain.
Very interesting post. I have this and these shoes may help me.
Deborah,
I had a very severe pain from running.
When I put on the sandals by Therafit, the pain subsided to the max. I thought I was in heaven, that’s how drastically the situation has changed with the right shoes on.
But to get rid of the pain, I had to pursue a few other things like self myofascial release. You can read about it here:
https://celebratewomantoday.com/self-myofascial-release-benefits
Although I do have severe foot pain, I prefer flat soles because my arches on both of my feet are different.
Christa,
Therafit shoes are worth trying on. You can return them if they do not work out for you.
But they do make a huge difference how the feet feel. I felt incredible relief when I placed my feet into their sandals.

Debbie,

What I found out was that the open shoes produce almost immediate effect on my feet. Now, I wear a pair at home instead of slippers. I get a new pair with new support every 6 months (as I wear my sandals daily at home, they tend to wear out. I prefer sturdy shoes.)
These shoes look super comfy. Thanks for all the great information!
These look so comfy & definitely would help with the lower back pain!
I have pins and needle type pain in both my feet after wearing a closed shoe for more than 3 hours. I wonder if these would help with that type of pain in addition to the other ailments they help. If so, I’d buy them immediately! Less pain and a cute shoe?! Yes, please. 🙂
Natalie,
The slippers from Therafit shoes helped me to start walking again. I wear them inside the house as well instead of slippers.
It is great to know they make shoes designed to help with plantar facscitis. They look super comfortable too!
My husband deals with this. He has special inserts but they don’t always help.
Dawn,
Therafit is a brand that develops shoes for women.
For your hubby, have you tried self myofascial release? I describe what it is and why it is important to do it regularly here: https://celebratewomantoday.com/self-myofascial-release-benefits

I don’t have Plantar’s but as my girls say, mama, you don’t have issues, you have lifetime subscriptions. 😉 These shoes look like just what we need around here, especially my youngest and the little middle. Will definitely have them look into these, they are both on their feet all day – RN, student and mama for the young one and just busy, busy, busy for the middle.
Sherry,

Hmm, I wonder if they could make slippers for people with foot issues…
Jeanine,
I speak from my personal example: I wear Therafit sandals without backs as my “slippers” at home, every day, every time.
To support my feet the best, I invest into these special “slippers” every 4 months. The change has been dramatic. In addition to my special yoga and rehabilitation routine, these shoes help my feet heal faster.
Their Therafit clogs can be worn as slippers during cooler times of the year. I got a pair for my family member. Check it out here by scrolling down the post —> https://celebratewomantoday.com/gifts-for-her-mywowgift-giftguide/
