I would be happy with any shoes at this point of my life. Just need to walk in comfortable shoes. Lugz look so awesome.
Who would not say yes to a new quality pair of shoes?! I want canvas shoes to get my walk every day around the block. Such a good tip. just do at least a few minutes extra of walking. I love this post!
I suspect any exercise is good for the body. So many studies tell us about the benefits of being active during the day. And I need to walk more, and do my weight lifting as well. Thank you for this powerful reminder.

Walking is such a calming and invigorating experience. We train our parasympathetic system to calm down and allow us to destress.
