Why Salmon: The benefits of Omega-3 amino acids are crucial in reducing internal inflammation in the body. Being the beginning of the chronic diseases – heart disease, hypertension, arthritis, and obesity – inflammation can be lowered by changing a lifestyle. And one of the components of it is consuming Omega-3 fatty acids.

Food is a great way to get the benefits of Omega-3’s. Fish like salmon, mackerel, herring, lake trout, sardines and albacore tuna are the highest in Omega-3 content. Enjoy your recipes made with these fish options a couple times a week to get the maximum benefits.

Spices and Sauces for Salmon Prep

Spices are my favorite way to add a flavor to any of my recipes. I rely a great deal on amazing herbs and spice mixes to create my original sauces and rubs.

I test out a lot of ethnic spice recipes on my own recipes. The flavor range for food prep is truly infinite and only depends on your personal preferences.

I would recommend these spices and sauces to try with your fish or meat recipes. Though the products may be created for meat dishes, I still use them to add interesting flavor streaks into my vegetables and fish dishes.

Casa M Spice Co has beautifully done seasoning containers with different flavors for your fish, poultry and barbecue options. Check them out HERE for gift giving or personal cooking.

The premium ingredients don’t call for a lot of volume. Instead, they add maximum taste with minimum use.

And if you wish to expand your pallet into spice, sweet, and tangy, try the sauces and rubs created by Sauce Goddess HERE!

Without doubt, these are some of my favorites to add to veggies, fish and anything I grill and Air Fry in my kitchen! Vegan and Gluten Free, the sauces and rubs are made without additives or GMOs. Fresh herbs and ingredients that culminate the ultimate cook’s desire to prepare a most memorable meal and to satisfy those who would partake in it.

These sauces are a must-have! Delicious on grilled chicken, shrimp, fish, sloppy joes, ribs or vegetables. They are amazing on grilled eggplant, too. Perfect for dipping with fries, chips, or in place of pepper jelly over cream cheese. It definitely ups your game for tailgating dishes!

Spinach Feta Stuffing Recipe

When you use your favorite spices, you definitely can create a new recipe with an unforgettable taste and flavors. This salmon with spinach feta stuffing is one of the easiest ways to add a festive dish to your everyday table!

For those of you who cannot eat or do not like Feta cheese, there are other combinations to consider. And believe me, my stuffed salmon recipe is never the same! I love to experiment with different flavors and foods.

So, for the filling ingredients, you may consider the following: Ricotta cheese, Olive Tapenade (there are different flavors of it, get it in store or HERE), Goat cheese (add some fresh or dry herbs or spices to it).

Again, your tastebuds are the navigators in your ingredient choices. And even if you are afraid you won’t like it, take a risk to experience and try a different food at least once! Your taste will develop and your mind will open up to more food combinations and alternatives!
