We usually make cupcake cones for Valentine’s Day and take them to all of the neighbors. I am thinking this is what we will do this year. Everyone is trying to eat healthier, and everyone else has food allergies. This would work for nearly everyone.
Love the looks of it just not sure about the jello
I love Jello and fruit together and I think that the bars look amazing. Then I saw the addition of the sweetened condensed milk. I bet that makes it taste even better. Yum. I will be trying this one for sure.

I love this idea. I love that the fruit is large and still intact versus blended into nothing. I think it showcases the fruit which should be the star.

Use different Jello color for different holidays!
They look so perfect! Are the bars “thin”? I could gobble them right up.
Michele,
The thickness or thinness of the bars will depend on the size of pan. These ones are thin. But you can use smaller pan for thicker bars!
Thank you for sharing. This looks easy to make. And it looks delicious.
Denise,
This is a very easy to make recipe! Ready to be put into the freezer in 5-8 minutes!

I love blueberries the most! They simply melt in the mouth.
This looks refreshing ,sweet and delicious ,bet it’s not really fattening either
April,
It is not fattening. Frozen fruit and berries really satisfy a sweet tooth!
Looks good! I’m sure it’s yummy too. Gelatin, fruit and other frozen treats are the best, during the summer.
My mother used to do some fun things with jello. I love the fruits and colors of this masterpiece,
Susan,
the possibilities are endless with Jello creations.
I put some condensed milk to allow individual pieces to hold well and not melt in the hand when we enjoy eating them.
That would be great for all types of occasions, or for just eating alone at home on a cold winter’s day, like today. I could make this and enjoy this snow day!
Adding the condensed milk was a surprise. This would be a fun snack for everyone and if I can get the family to eat more fruit well it is a win in my family. Don’t think this would last long in my house.
Candy,
The condensed milk allows the bars to hold well when the base is cut into individual pieces. Really awesome!
Those are just about too pretty to eat. I’ll have to try these for the grand kids. They looks so good, I know they’ll be a hit here.
Terri,
Have your grandkids to make it with you!
Allow them to arrange all the fruit. They will be so creative!
