Baked cinnamon sugar mini donuts go big in my home. What is your favorite donut flavor these days? A crazy variety of flavors we get get varies from simple glazed donuts to some exotic flavors like Horchata donuts, Hibiscis donuts, Blood Orange and Matcha varieties.
There’s no denying the fact that we can make these flavors in our home kitchen. It just would take some additional effort to figure out the flavors.
But this donut dough recipe I am going to offer for your exquisite taste buds could be paired with any flavor on earth.
Do you like desserts in bite sizes? I do. This recipe for bite-size donuts will offer you just the right size of the dessert you wish to consume.
Donut Flavors Are Infinite!
This donut recipe uses a mini muffin baking pan. The final baked product is so small that it looks almost round. Look at this image, the donuts are so cute and ready for the coating dressing. They taste so soft and moist even without any coating.

I use sugar cinnamon coating and confectioner’s sugar coating to satisfy my family members’ taste buds.

However, if you like other donut coatings, you can make them, too. One of my favorites is from confectioner’s sugar. I use the same dunking base of melted butter followed by coating each donut in a powdered sugar.

I ran out of hibiscus flower I had on hand for my confectionery creations. But to make it on your own, you will simply need a dried hibiscus flower and grind it into powder. After that, you can easily add it to your baking, tea, and salads.
Take a look at these Vanilla Glazed Donuts baked in a regular size donut pan. I like this recipe for its simplicity and colors, too. Suits any high tea gathering!
