Stuffing Balls Recipe

- 1 Tsp Black Peppercorns
- 2 Whole Star Anise
- 1 Box Your Favorite Stovetop Stuffing Mix
- Eggs
- Cranberry Sauce
- - Prepare your Stovetop Stuffing mix according to package instructions.
- - Allow to cool completely.
- - In a large bowl combine your stuffing mix with raw eggs, so the mix is moist but moldable.
- - Form the mixture into 2 inch balls and place on a cookie sheet.
- - Bake the balls until they are brown on the outside and hot in the inside.
- - Serve on a tray with toothpicks and cranberry sauce for dipping.
