Ingredients

DONUT DOUGH

  • ¼ cup butter melted
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ tsp nutmeg ground
  • ½ cup milk a little bit warmed up
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 cup all purpose flour

DONUT COATING

  • ½ cup butter melted
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.

  2. Grease mini muffin form/pan with butter using a basting brush. Set aside.

  3. In a mixing bowl or a Large glass mixing cup, combine melted butter, sugar, nutmeg.

  4. Add warm milk to the butter mixture.

  5. Add baking powder and flour and mix well with all ingredients.

  6. Fill mini muffin cavities with the donut liquid dough. Bake for 15-17 minutes.

DONUT COATING

  1. Use a glass measuring cup to melt the butter. Set aside.

  2. Mix granulated sugar with cinnamon. Set aside.

  3. Cool the mini donuts before coating them.

  4. Dip a mini donut into a melted butter first, then transfer it to the bowl with sugar and cinnamon. Roll a donut in the sugar coating. Place to the platter for the coating to set.
