Entice Your Taste Buds With Endives, Goat Cheese And Walnut Salad
Ingredients
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 lb endives, apprx. 6
1 cup watercress
1 cup walnuts, crushed
6 oz goat (or sheep if you prefer) cheese, crumbled
Chopped chives to sprinkle
Preparation
• In a bowl, mix lemon juice and salt. Add oil and stir well and set aside.
• Take apart teh endives and wash the leaves; dry well. Place in a salad bowl together with watercress and sprinkle with walnuts, cheese and chives. Pour dressing on top and toss lightly.
Your salad is ready to be served.
