Ingredients
- 1 cup dried apricots
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 2 Tbsp hemp seeds
- 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 tsp lime zest
- 1 Tbsp agave nectar
- 2 Tbsp water
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 cup whole macadamia nuts
- 1 cup pistachios

- Line an 8x8 baking dish with plastic wrap; set aside.
- Place all ingredients into a food processor. I use Ninja Nutri Bowl --> Select Auto-iQ Boost Yes Fusion Mix.
- Firmly press mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before cutting into squares.
- Store in the refrigerator covered up to 1 week.
