Carrot Zing Recipe
- 2 oz Citrus Rum
- 2 oz carrot-orange-apricot juice
- Splash of fresh Lime juice
- Club Soda
- Baby Carrot (for garnish)
- In a Highball glass with ice pour in your rum and juice. Mix well and top with chilled club soda. Stir again and top with baby carrot.
