Yes i think it is very important to have good walking shoes..I have to change mine at least every 4 months because I keep them on all day! I really need some more. Thanks
I believe it’s important to buy new walking/running shoes every 6-8 months. Feet need good support!
At work I am always on my feet and my feet get to hurting easily. I am always tryng to find a good pair of shoes to work in. When they wear out I get another pair hopefully only once a year.
For excersice yes. But I don’t run or walk actively so I get new sneakers maybe once a year.
Very important to change your shoes often for walking They support your joints and back!
I do think it’s important. I prefer to replace sneakers often.
Thanks for the chance
Yes. I replace my running shoes every 6 months and my everyday tennis shoes yearly.
I think it is important to have new walking/ running shoes when they are getting worn out. You can cause problems with more than just your feet because it can effect your knees, back, etc. I don’t change them as often as I should but I get a new pair or twice a year. I don’t run I walk to though. Thanks for sharing. This is an awesome giveaway indeed.
I think it’s a good idea to replace your shoes on a regular basis. I do it when they’re fairly worn, though. I should do it more often!
Yes, it’s very important! If I’m working out regularly I would change them every 6 months.
I love to walk so a great pair of well fitting shoes is important to me. I buy at least once a year.
I buy a new pair of shoes every year my shoes usually last a year sometimes earlier, I thing it depends on the person when their shoes wear out
because I wear them at work, 6 months is probably the best I can expect for the cushioning to last.
I believe it is important to switch out your shoes. I try to at least every 6 months.
I am a pedorthist, so I know how important it is to switch out shoes as they compress. At my activty level it’s about every six months.
Yes, I try to but it doesn’t always work out that way.
New shoes are very impostant to me because I’ve lost weight and I no longer walk on the “sides” of my shoes,.
I hadn’t really considered updating with a new pair of walking/running shoes on a regular basis. I buy new shoes when the fit feels “soggy” and worn-out.
Yes, I try to buy new pair every year.
I believe it’s very important to update your shoes because you tend to develop walking problems if you use improper shoes.
Yes good tennis shoes are important to health. I buy them once a year.
I feel it’s important to have a good pair of shoes for exercising. I don’t and I’ve been having a lot of leg pain, since I started back working out ten days ago. I’ve never heard of Therafit so I would like to check them out.
new shoes are very important
I have to buy new shoes every 6 months cause of my tendinitis
DEFINITELY new shoes are important for foot and back health. I don’t change my shoes as often as I need to. I should be doing it twice a year but instead I purchase every 1-2 years!
I believe it is best to have an update with shoes because they can get flat which can cause your arch to go down. I ususally change my shoes out around 6 months or whenever they get flat
Yes, I do consider it important, but I don’t actually buy new tennis shoes often. I spend most of my time in my dress shoes for work, so I spend more of my time and money buying good shoes for that.
