What’s better than a cool mint and lemon drink on a hot summer day? Not much I can think of!
Now I know it’s hard to imagine the summer heat when we see snow on the ground, but I promise it will be here before you know it! This drink not only tastes great but thanks to the mint which is rich in vitamins A, C, and B12, and the lemon that is an excellent source of vitamin C, it’s mentally and physically so satisfying!

- 1 Cup Plain Yogurt
- 1/2 Cup Loosely Packed Mint Leaves
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- Crushed Ice
- Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve with fresh mint leave and lemon zest.
