God Bless You. When we hear those dreaded words for the first time, our live’s change forever. The fear of the unknown is the worse. The thought of if I or will I get better. The positive outcome is that we never stand alone for there are others who feel and think the same as we do.
Debra,
It is vital that we have a solid social support on this road.
Plus, we gotta have a super positive attitude and belief to be a winner.
Hugs to you, and thank you.
I would share it with my family.
I will share the fruit and tiara with my gal pal, and keep the tea and awesome mug!
I kept getting an error message when I tried to write a comment on your support review. So I am leaving it here:
I am so HAPPY for you! I know how you felt!! I too had to listen to my doctor say I’m so sorry to have to tell you that you have cancer! I swear I left my body – it felt like he was talking to someone else! I really did not have time to go to support groups. Everything happened so fast! But I did have God, my pastor, my church members, family, & friends! God is the best physician!! It does help to still talk about it! We just can’t sweep this part of our lives under a rug!
I could write a book about what I went through and am still going through, but the point is a positive attitude and being around positive people!!
Thank you, Sue, for sharing Your story.
I I would give this to my mom, who is a breast cancer survivor. She would love this!
