When we wake up the body is ready to burn fat after the long fast over night. We can keep our body burning fat for fuel which will also burn body fat. Otherwise we can eat lots of carbohydrates and sugary foods which will switch our system to begin burning sugars. The body will prefer to keep on burning sugar, and it will even start you craving more once it runs out. This sugar cycle causes an environment where sugar is burned and fat is stored.

I like scrambled eggs, bacon, and toast.
I usually skip breakfast and just have coffee,I don’t wake up with much of an appetite.
I have either Oatmeal or a Poached Egg, with a side of fruit.
I have a banana and perhaps a whole grain bagel or one of the granola bars with protein but lower sugar. I gaurantee that coffee is definitely part of the morning routine.
I had my usual breakfast this morning. One serving of high fiber cereal. I eat it dry-no milk. Two cups of coffee with half & half.
I have grit and shrimp and a cup of black coffee.
Sausage &egg
I normally have something like Pop Tarts or cereal for breakfast.
I usually end up eating cereal or just skipping breakfast all around.
I have yogurt and coffee
I usually have eggs or cereal for the breakfast.
I usually have cereal or oatmeal with a fruit.
I love cereal, but sometimes I have yogurt or oatmeal (and coffee, of course).
I usually have a smoothie and a yogurt.
