My husband likes this no-bake Bailey’s Chocolate Pie, and I am making it again for the Valentine’s Day. But the thing is, this easy dessert can be literally customized to any occasion: Christmas, Halloween (add some orange food color or pumpkin spice), birthdays, and any tee and book parties you plan to have this year.

As far as Bailey’s concerned, I use the non-alcoholic version of it HERE. You can also substitute it with vanilla extract HERE or lemon extract HERE. Both work wonders with chocolate flavor.
Allow this Bailey’s Chocolate Pie rest in the refrigerator for at least four (4) hours before your taste buds start enjoying it at full speed! Overnight refrigeration is a great idea, as it will allow the entire delectable body of the pie to get the even consistency. On we go with a light format of the Bailey’s Chocolate Pie recipe!
Only 5 Ingredients to Make It Ready for the Final Taste Party
For whipping up the cream, I use the non-electric Pampered Chef Whipped Cream Maker (you can get it HERE. Or try this unauthentic whipped cream maker HERE. It got good reviews, but I do not guarantee the comfort and convenience of using it). It is an amazing kitchen gadget to have when you bake a lot and have to whip up different recipes in no time. Love this and have been using this on in my picture for two years. It is sturdy and makes a whipped cream in 30-40 seconds! Voila, all is ready in no time.
Chocolate Melting Experience
Use your available resource to melt the chocolate. You can do it with water bath or with a handy electric Wilton Chocolate Melting Pot (you can buy it HERE). This has been very handy in all my baking experiments with liquid chocolate.
No-Bake Recipe 5-Ingredient Baileys Chocolate Pie
Easy, yet so creatively flavorful.
Ingredients
- 1 pie crust – make it yourself or get one in store
- 1¾ cup heavy whipping cream
- ⅕ Tbsp confections sugar
- 4 Tbsp Baileys Irish Cream, non-alcoholic flavor
- 5 oz chocolate, melted
- Chocolate shavings and nuts to garnish
Instructions

Melt chocolate (I use Wilton Chocolate Melting Pot for it, it's very handy and mess-free). Set aside.

Beat up heavy whipping cream until hard peaks start to form.

Add Irish Cream gradually, continue beating up the cream.

Add cooled melted chocolate to whipped up cream. Incorporate well into the mixture.

Pour the whipped mixture into the crust. Smooth it out with a spatula.

Garnish with chocolate shavings and nuts if desired.

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Overnight would be optimal.
