Love, love going to Food Shows. Why? It’s a great opportunity to see how big and small companies respond to current lifestyle needs. Needs for healthy and sustaining food. Needs for rejuvenating and deliciously nutritious food.
As you may know, understanding of what “healthy” means differs. So do the responses, i.e., product design and manufacturing differ by every company and brand.
Live and learn, and pass it on if it is really worth it. GreeNoodle is worth it, in my humble opinion. Yes, I just discovered something very nutritiously healthy. And yummy. And family-, kid-friendly, too. Because my two-year old ate it, didn’t push the dish with green noodles away, it is worth of mentioning the achievement of this company.
