Try to stay active!
I’m watching my portion sizes and drinking water
I eat a well balanced diet.
I take vitamins and walk daily. I also drink a lot of water.
We work in our garden and eat what we grow.
We drink lots and lots of water. We make smoothies, eat fiberous foods, and take lots of vitamins.
Drink raw vegetable/fruit juices, drink water and exercise
Drink alot of water and exercise
I eat locally grown fruits and veggies and always make sure my plate has more greens on it than any other item!
We try to eat unprocessed – pesticide/GMO foods.
We try our best to stay away from sugar and processed foods.
I shop organic, avoid processed foods, walk for exercise.
