The Alexander #VeryBadDay movie has been marching through the country winning its fans all over! Being such a family-friendly movie that reflect on an everyday life situation that could and did go so wrong for every member of the Cooper Family, headed by amazing actors Steve Carell and Jennifer Garner.
Authenticity is deeply rooted not only in the core story based on the book by Judith Viorst with the same title. The actors and actresses of the entire cast brought in their personalities that are shining through every scene of the movie.
Alexander #VeryBadDay Movie Is On A Big Screen Everywhere!
Having a chance to meet and interview all of the members of the Alexander #VeryBadDay movie, I discovered the gems of wisdom and individuality these amazing people contributed to the script to make it more look like a real-life story. And that truly resonates with me and other fans of this incredible Disney picture.
Bella Thorne belongs to this awesome cast of individual actors who is playing a demanding girl-friend of Alexander’s brother, Anthony.
Bella Thorne shared a few moments about making this movie. Here’s what I found interesting in this conversation. We asked her about the hardest part while filming the movie.
“The hardest part about filming this movie is probably the really long hours. I don’t think people realize how much work actually goes in, not just from the cast, because, of course, the cast works hard, but the crew members. You’re there, you know, you – your scene could be 15 seconds and you look at that scene and you’re like, yeah, whatever, you don’t think anything of it. That scene took 16 hours to shoot. And maybe – a couple days, 16 hours a day. That’s crazy. It’s crazy to work that many hours, and it’s crazy to always be on that many hour.”
“So, I think the job is a lot harder than people wanna admit. And especially with comedy, it’s worse, because comedy falls flat if you do it more than four times. And then you’re beating a dead cow – and it’s not funny anymore. And then you get frustrated, ’cause you’re not funny. So, that’s the hardest part about filming – a comedy.”
The movie shares a quickly developing story of a prom date where Celia and Anthony are to be crowned as Queen and King. How it ends up, and the steps that lead each of our characters, both Celia and Anthony, to mold the response to unfavorable situation in life – brings up a good way to reflect on life and people in our relationships; to ask questions “why” and “how” and “what for” of the relationships we are in.
These two actors, Bella Thorne and Dylan Minnette, portrayed and added their authentic spirit into Celia and Anthony.
When we experience the capriciousness on Celia’s part, here’s how Bella Thorne explains that type of reaction of her heroine:
“Celia’s dream is for prom to be perfect, and when circumstances change that vision, she does not react well. Although she doesn’t handle it maturely, it is from a point of disappointment and not from a bad place.”
You can’t think of Celia as a mean character. You have to think of Celia as a perfectionist. When things don’t go her way, she wants to make them perfect, and when someone keeps messing that up, she ends up getting angry. That’s understandable.”
This quick clip from the movie gives off that flavor what kind of a “demanding” and “self-absorbed” girl-friend Anthony has got to enjoy!
What I truly enjoyed about Bella Thorne was her Authenticity in this conversation. Confident, witty, very talented. She shared the fact with us that her book “Autumn Falls” comes out on November 11, 2014. The book is based on dyslexia and ways to deal with it. Be on the lookout of the book and get it when it comes out.
Another interesting fact I learned about Bella Thorne is that she has joined the family of amazing women who are a healthy face of Neutrogena: Jennifer Garner, Emma Roberts, Kerry Washington, Hayden Panettiere.
Wishing Bella Thorne all the best in her acting career. Her contribution to the life’s experiences of girls would leave a remarkable impact and form the grounds for strong self-esteem.

Can’t wait to see this movie! So cool you got to interview her!
What a great interview. It’s really nice to see how considerate she is of the time everyone puts in to every scene of a movie, including the crew and how it might have taken a whole day to shoot even though she may have only put in a few seconds in it. That outlook is refreshing.
