  1. 1 Head Napa (Chinese) Cabbage, cut lengthwise
  2. 2 Tsp Olive oil
  3. 2 Tsp Cider vinegar
  4. 1 Tsp Browm sugar
  5. 1 tsp Whole-grain Dijon mustard
  6. 1 tsp Grated garlic
  7. 1/4 tsp Salt
  8. 1/2 tsp Freshly ground black pepper
  9. Cooking spray
Instructions
  1. 1. Place a large roasting pin in oven.
  2. Preheat oven and pan to 450F.
  3. 2. Combine first 7 ingredients in a small bowl.
  4. 3. Coat out sides of cabbage with cooking spray.
  5. Place cabbage, cut sides down, on preheated pan.
  6. Bake 6 minutes.
  7. Turn cabbage onto other cut side; bake an additional 6 minutes.
  8. 4. Remove pan from oven. Heat broiler to high. Brush cabbage evenly with oil mixture; broil 3 minutes or until browned an caramelized.
