    1. In a protective container. Or just throw a clean towel over the plate or bowl where they are placed.

    1. I would store them for a day or two, no more, as there are no preservatives there.
      But you could freeze them.

  27. Regarding the amount of yogurt; I would use however much it takes by eyeballing the batter’s thickness. As the instructions say, batter should not be too liquidy, if that’s even a word.

    Or rather, how much yogurt? Different countries have different sizes.
