I think I am going to try the crockpot cranberry sauce and the vegetable risotto. What a great round up and thanks for including gluten free options.
The vegetable risotto seems right up my alley. Perfect side for the meal.

These recipes sound so good. I will have to try some of these as side dishes for Thanksgiving. Yum!
I think this is great because I don’t have too many vegtarian recipes up my sleeve. I am glad to be able to have some options to offer my guests.
What great options, we have a lot of family over for Thanksgiving and it is important to have dishes everyone can enjoy. I have a few guests who need healthier options and one who prefers vegetarian dishes.
Everything looks delicious. I’m trying to eat less meat, so these are recipes worth trying.
Oh those apple cider sweet potatoes are calling my name! Yum! I’m so going to try them this Thanksgiving.
These are great options for a vegetarian turkey day or even just delicious additions to the more traditional meal! We try and incorporate a couple new dishes every year and these will definitely make the short list!
YUM!! Not only great for vegetarians but also Paleo, like me!
I actually could easily go all vegetarian on Thanksgiving – I mostly like all the sides anyway. Does anyone really eat the turkey??
Great ideas for veggie dishes! These are often overlooked at Thanksgiving dinner.
I’ll need a couple of vegetarian options this year. All of these look really good. That green bean casserole might be a good one to try.
These all look delicious. I love the stuffed pepper the most.
These are great recipes. I don’t think I could give up turkey for Thanksgiving and Christmas, but these would make excellent additions to the table.
