Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup fat free sour cream
- 1/4 cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chipped
- 1 block 1/3 less-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1 package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Combine 1.5 cups mozzarella, sour cream, 2 tbsp Parmesan, and other ingredients in a large bowl and stir until blended.
- Spoon into a baking dish and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
