Add Powerful Nutritional Boosters To Your Day Every Day!
I love freshly sliced berries and fruit in my fresh breakfast. Add what you enjoy to eat and add just one new taste to your recipe every now and then. Allow your taste buds to explore and add new experiences like anything else you do!
I have chosen these fruit and berries due to their incredible boost in antioxidant value to my daily diet.
Strawberries
These berries are full of folate, potassium, manganese, dietary fiber, and magnesium. They are also extremely high in vitamin C. Skin, immune system will benefit with regular consumption.
Blackberries
These are my “magic” berries! Boasting in high levels of bioflavonoids and Vitamin C, blackberries are very low in sodium count and have only 62 calories per one cup – what’s not to like?
Pineapple
This golden fruit can truly be a king of kings among the superfruit. I love it for its refreshing flavor and rich mineral content alongside with vitamins and phytonutrients. Look at this abundance of potassium, copper, manganese, calcium, magnesium, vitamin C, beta carotene, thiamin, vitamin B6 aka Pyridoxine, and vitamin B9 aka Folate! Add soluble and insoluble fiber and we are getting something truly magical!
Line Up A Papaya Bowl With Greek Yogurt
Or Sprinkle Lightly With Coconut Sugar
Chia
This Ancient Grain is Free of gluten – you gotta appreciate that!
I’ve been including chia into my diet regularly for the past decade. It is one of the golden grains full of fiber, protein, Omega-3 fatty acids and various micronutrients that work in unison with each other and create satiety levels and deliver nutrients to our organs and tissues.
I LOVE CHIA!
Sprinkling Around the Edge of Papaya is Enough To Enjoy the Taste
Take your small steps towards your health and well-being. Nobody can do it for you – You Can! Start with foods you eat. Add a bite of fruit once a week to begin with. You will laugh at just one bite I’ve just proposed – That is Good!
Take One Bite, if you do not eat fruit at all. You will see the magic start happening when you take a small step towards what you care about. And it is your health that you will begin celebrate every day.
