Who else is excited that October is finally here? I know I am! Every year, my daughter’s school has a Fall Festival, and I always donate something that they can give away during their school-wide trick-or-treat event.
Every year brings a new project, creative and unique. Last year I made goblin cookies – BOO! Were they yummy! This year I decided to go for something simple enough for my kids to help me make.
Super Simple DIY Sucker Spiders
We decided on these super simple and super cute DIY Sucker Spiders! This project is perfect for the kids, and light on the wallet! Everything you need is at your local dollar store! Would you like to learn how to make them?
How to Make Halloween Lollipop Spiders
You Will Need:
- Suckers, i.e., lolly pops
- Pipe Cleaners (4 for each spider)
- Googly Eyes
Step 1: Pick out the colors for your spider “legs” You will need 4 for each spider. You will cut each pipe cleaner in 1/2. You can make 2 spiders out of each set of pipe cleaners. Put your set of 4 pipe cleaners at the base of each suck and wrap them around your sucker. Make sure they are tight so they don’t fall off.
Step 2: Bend the end of each pipe cleaner. This will help your spider stand up!
Step 3: Add your googly eyes to the top of the sucker! Do you see you spider now?
Step 4: Set your spooky scene! Grab some spider webs and place these cute DIY Sucker Spiders in the web, and wait for the kids to come by. They are going to love them! I know my kids did!
