Here’s my Florida Streamsong resort review that I could not keep from my blog. I took my hubby to spend a two-day weekend in one of the most picturesque places on earth.

Having a quiet moment to celebrate for yourself, inside yourself truly opens mind and soul for new ideas, thoughts, discoveries. Unwinding and shaking off stress stored up in your muscles, mind and even your attitude, will do your whole body good. I’ve headed to the spa to take one of those relaxing massages and get rid of the tension collected in my neck, shoulders, and back muscles after a long week.

The Acqua Pietra Spa is out of this world! It is a mini city with winding and very mysterious walls, behind which private massage and treatment rooms hide.

The Spa welcomed me with a gorgeous waiting area full of lemon water, fresh berry lemonade, fruit and healthy snacks. People don’t usually talk here. Everybody is breathing in the comfort of relaxation in a place that calls for just that.

I try to schedule myself for a massage session when at home at least once a week. Working at the computer and doing a lot of weight training and running does take toll on my muscles.

In fact, I need to get rid of all that tension and lactic acid collected by and stored inside the muscles during a busy week. A massage does it. We all gotta have a massage as frequently as we can. The health benefits of a massage are obvious.

Definitely, this Florida Streamsong resort review cannot be done without giving you an idea what food is like there.

What I enjoyed the most in food options is unprecedented combination of foods and ingredients. Savory and sweet could exist in the same recipe, adding to each other and magnifying the flavors.
