Celebrating And Applauding the Baby Magic Products Today
Baby Magic Celebrates 65 years

With time when the value of a human life is celebrated in many more ways and in step with the modern concepts and cultural settings, the companies and brands who did something extraordinary in their history call for special celebration as well.
It is the 65th Anniversary of the Baby Magic brand, – the personal care products for babies and toddlers, – and we would love to give them a loud Shoutout and present their ad campaigns from the 50s and how they have evolved in the 21st century. “One Picture Worth Ten Thousand Words,” as a saying goes. Enjoy a powerful evolution of the ads, and how they reflect the current life situation these days.
The moment you bring your baby home from the hospital, the reality of motherhood seems to really settle in. What an incredible feeling it is to be a mommy for the first time! For me, though, that is when fears became incredibly overwhelming. I wondered CONSTANTLY if I was making the right choices for my baby.
Here I had a brand new life that I realized depended solely on ME! What if I did not dress him warm enough or maybe he was too hot?! Being a new mom is scary! Health not just now but in their future is important for new moms. So, what kind of soap do I use that won’t harm my baby now OR later?
As I did research, I found that Baby Magic was perfect for my needs. Safe for my babies, AND the products smell AMAZING! What’s not to love! Plus, this is not a new brand testing their products out on my baby. Baby Magic has been around since 1951. That was before my parents were even born! Knowing that my grandparents used Baby Magic on my parents, and then my parents used it on me makes all the difference. It is a brand that I can trust!
Did you know many products on the market today include parabens, quaternium-15, gluten, 4-dioxane, and formaldehyde donors? Baby Magic products do not add ANY of those harmful ingredients. Enhanced with both Vitamin E and Vitamin A, these pH-balanced, hypoallergenic products are made from all vegetable sources. I LOVE knowing I can wash my sweet baby’s skin without harming sensitive skin.
Baby Magic Original Hair & Body Wash
When my mind goes to thinking about newborn babies, one of the first thoughts I have is that newborn smell! Baby Magic has the very familiar clean baby scent that lasts on the baby’s skin and hair until their next bathtime. It continues to cover up the spit up and soiled diaper scent, too.

The soap dispenses as a foam for an easy, no mess application while still smelling like the original baby magic scent.
Baby Magic Creamy Baby Oil
When dealing with extra sensitive skin, extra moisturizing is very important. Enriched with vitamins A, E, D and aloe Baby Magic Creamy Baby Oil provides all day moisturizing your baby needs. Of course, moms hands seem to stay extra dry from so many handwashes while tending to the baby. While applying this baby oil to your baby, you are also taking care of your own hands!

Inevitably, diaper rashes often become a problem, especially during teething. RX Maximum Strength Diaper Rash Cream is made with the max dosage for Zinc Oxide, in which clears up those painful, red rashes.

I have always loved Baby Magic lotion. The scent is just nostalgic to me bringing me back to my childhood and my son’s baby days!
What a neat post. I didn’t realize they had been around that long. I love these old ads, so cool.
I like the old ads better! Such a neat comparison though!
I love Baby Magic products!! My Mom used them on us when we were babies and that’s all I buy!!
Wow 65 years I love the ad illustrations time flies by so fast.
65 years!!! Oh wow, it’s even older than my parents ?
We do love their products a lot here
I didn’t know they’re been around for SO long! That makes the brand tried and true, And they smell good, too
Love all the new print ads – they are so fun and creative. I can’t believe they didn’t use one mom! We actually still use Baby Magic because both of my daughters have super sensitive skin and pretty severe allergies. This soap is perfect for their skin!
I loved checking out these ads from the 1950’s! Too cool!! Since I am pregnant with my first baby, I can’t wait to try out Baby Magic products when she arrives!
I love how you used the pictures from before and now! I know many parents who buy this brand! It seems to be good for many!

I always think it is a sign of a good brand when they have been around for so long. It is so interesting to see all the adverts as well, amazing how they have changed over time.
I can’t believe Baby Magic has been around 65 years already. I still buy the lotion for my girls to use. It smells fantastic.
I could almost smell that Baby Magic. We used it for our children and all the grandchildren too. Love the look back at the vintage ads. Society has certainly changed quite a bit. I don’t think expectant Mom’s are pampered quite like the first ad anymore.
Shirley,
It is so nostalgic when looking at these ads of the 50s of the PAST century – Wow!
I love the look and feel of the vintage ads, though.
It is a brave idea at that time to display a woman “in waiting.”
I’m in love with that first photo from 1958! It’s amazing. I used Baby Magic when my kids were little and that smell – it’s heavenly! It’s a great brand that keeps getting better with age.
Love the transition pictures! Baby magic was my go to when my daughter was a baby and into toddlerhood! Thanks for sharing!
The modern take on their old ads is a pretty dope idea. They’ve come a long way for sure. They solidified their brand many years ago. I remember seeing their products on the shelves when I was a little girl.
I love the smell of Baby Magic. I can’t believe it’s their 65th anniversary.
