What Disney cares about is one of the best, if not THE BEST, in the industry is the Storytelling. From the very beginning of a The Good Dino story, we are being sucked into the personal fears and dilemmas this Apatosaurs named Arlo set up to make a journey through. What he experiences within a story can be easily applied to the human world. Maybe that is why he makes this simply out-of-the-blue connection with a human boy.
What I love about this Disney animation is its power of providing an example of lessons being learned and fears being conquered. Our children associate their lives with the heroes they meet on the pages of their books and movies they watch. Disney makes it so easy to re-live lives of the heroes and learn with them the lessons of life.

Arlo is an adorable Dino who sets a speed to living his life in crescendo. He is an outsider, as he thinks and does things differently. He is a pioneer, as he faces his fears to go through experiences he chooses to. He is an amazing example that life is worth living in spite of all the problems and differences we face in the world.
The grass is always greener on the other side. Cultivating a sense of thankfulness and fearlessness could take us place we’ve never dreamed before.
