Your eyes are your TREASURE, my mom used to say when I was growing up. In my family, it was a must to read and do all important things like sewing, crafting and any work that required attention of the eye to use a bright light. Protect your eyes every day of your life. There is a huge cost to pay while avoiding easy things that do our eyesight good. Use more light when you work, especially at night; take frequent breaks from the computer screen gazing for 10-15 seconds at far away object, then transferring your gaze to the nearby object (do this exercise 5-10 times); plus, get away from computer by getting up and walking or doing a few jack jumps. Seriously, it helps to keep your productivity, good mood, and stronger health ethics for the sake of your own well-being.

  14. We really need this light. There is such a glare on my computer screen. It really makes it difficult to stay on here long periods of time. It causes a lot of eye strain for both of us.

  35. My prescription has been the same for years and years. But I have noticed my eyes are more tired now than ever before. I blamed the kids, but maybe it’s more about my lighting.

  37. This looks like a cool light although I’m finding I prefer taller lights in my home office. The design looks ideal for computer work so I hope this design succeeds as the company making the Little Footprint appears to have failed … so sad.
