Chef Bal Arneson of Food Network got creative with the recipes she specifically prepared to honor the traditions, the flavors and careful selection of ingredients that was so conspicuous in The 100 Foot Journey movie. A tarte tatin recipe is a classic French recipe. Though this recipe was not featured in the movie, Chef Arneson included it as her inspiration of the unique ways to prepare desserts with fruit.
