Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup light coconut milk
  • 1 Tbsp agave or honey

Instructions

  1. Mix chia seeds, coconut milk, and honey together in a small bowl or glass mason jar. Let this mixture set in the refrigerator overnight.

  2. Remove a pudding from the fridge. Make sure your pudding looks thick, and the chia seeds have gelled.

  3. Top with fresh fruit, seeds or/and nuts, and enjoy immediately.
