Recipe Notes

Tip 1: If you cook 2 fish fillets, decrease cooking time by 1/3. If you cook 1 fish fillet, decrease cooking time by 2/3 from the listed in the recipe.

Of course, your individual fish fillets could be bigger or smaller. But the air frying pan gives you an approximation for each individual size.

Tip 2: If you are cooking fish varieties that belong to a "soft" fish like Cod, Haddock, Mahi Mahi, Grouper, Pollack, Bass, reduce  Total cooking time to 15 minutes. Add the sauce half way through cooking at approximate 7th minute of baking the fish.
