What are some of the best and fun board games for kids and families this year? Let me count them for you. I’ve got some of my favorites that we play as family and when friends come over.
Spending time as a family is crucial for fostering emotional bonds and creating a strong, supportive network that enriches each one of us. We make time for doing things together. Be it going out for a walk in nature, sitting down for dinner at our favorite or new restaurant, watching a movie or playing board games or active outside games.
Doing things that engage our minds and hearts at the same time and bringing family and even friends together into one space are the best ways to build connections and support network for life.

Reasons Behind Family Time
First, engaging in regular family activities nurtures communication and understanding, allowing individuals to express themselves openly and honestly. This interaction builds trust and empathy, essential for navigating life’s challenges together.
Second, shared family experiences, such as playing games or participating in traditions, create lasting memories and a sense of belonging. These moments cultivate a collective identity and resilience, reinforcing the notion that family is a constant source of love and support, especially during times of change or hardship.
Together, these elements lay the foundation for a nurturing environment where family members can thrive emotionally and socially. And who wouldn’t nod to a fact that current state of doing a great majority of things alone, by ourselves, calls for an ample splash of social activities.
Without doubt, board games do provide a lot of fun, laughter, and bond forming situations.
Benefits of Stress Release for Skin Youth and Well-Being
Studies show that playing board games as a group brings huge benefits to our well-being.
Something magical happens when people share time together.
Stress goes down during a positive interaction. Immune functions gear up their actions.
When stress dissipates, your facial muscles soften, releasing pressure on the blood vessels and allowing the blood flow more freely – bringing nutrients to the skin cells and activating lymphatic in- and outflow.
Want to support your skin beauty and youth?
Explore my new digital course for skin health during menopause and beyond HERE.
Just imagine what will happen when your facial muscles are relaxed most of the time! Rejuvenation processes kick in. Collected fluids within intercellular spaces go aways, which means puffiness leaves with it, too!
These are just a few skin benefits when you keep your stress down.
And one of the ways to keep negative stress at bay is to play board games with family, friends, your neighbors.
