I love cheese, and find it works itself into my diet almost daily…I think I’m most eager to try the burrata or the pepato. I love the sound of the pepato because it combines two of my favorite things: romano and black pepper.
Love Wisconsin Cheese! I’d most like to try the Pepato, which sounds fabulous with the black peppercorns- and also the other one’s we’ve not tried, such as the Asadero. Anejo Enchilado, Italico, and Asiago! With a great bottle of Wisconsin wine, please! 🙂 I know we’d love the Edam and Gouda and Mozzarella, because we’ve had them! We did a road trip to BC, Canada a few years ago, and went through Wisconsin specifically to do the “Wisconsin cheese & wine thing” there- and it was great! Foster’s Cheese Haus rocks! 🙂
