Cook quinoa for about 10-12 minutes. Drain and set aside in a bowl. Allow it to cool.
Chop and slice all remaining vegetables. Add them to the bowl with quinoa.
Add peas, soy sauce, sea salt and pepper to taste.
Combine all ingredient with a nice mixing movement.
Garnish with pine nuts or crushed almonds. Squeeze lemon juice over the salad.
