Asian Turkey Green Beans with Cashews is a an easy and quickly cooked meal boasting with flavor and nutrition density.
Microwave fresh green beans on high for 4 minutes.
Prepare rice in a Pressure Cooker. I cook it at Low Pressure for 4 minutes, using 1.5 cups of water for 10 oz of rice. Quick pressure release at the end of cooking.
Rice comes out in its sticky version, which our family prefers.
If you don't have cooked turkey/chicken/beef, saute onions first for 2-3 minutes. I add cashew nuts to onions to add their unique flavor to the dish.
Add meat. Cook until meat is ready. It really cooks fast, 6-7 minutes.
Combine all ingredients for the Sauteing Sauce in a cup. Mix them well.
Pour the sauce mixture over the meat, mix well.
Add green beans, combining them with meat and sauce.
Serve the sauteed meat and green beans over rice.
