Set your DREO ChefMaker to 380F under the Classic Cook —> Roast mode. If using a regular Air Fryer, preheat it to 380F.
In a large bowl, place cauliflower florets. Drizzle with olive oil (and lemon juice, optional). Season with Garlic powder, Smoked paprika, Italian spice blend (or Mrs. Dash seasoning), Salt/Pepper per your taste buds.
Place seasoned and oiled cauliflower florets to the Air fryer's rimmed baking sheet within the tray. Do not crowd the pieces, rather spread them in one layer. This way, they will cook nicely, maintaining the taste and crispiness. Depending on the size of your Air Fryer, you will need to do the cooking in 2 separate batches of cauliflower.
Cook cauliflower for 7-9 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmigiana-Reggiano grated cheese 2 minutes before they are done
Take roasted cauliflower florets out of the Air Fryer tray and add them to your salads, use as a side dish, or enjoy as is or with a dip. I like to use this recipe for my dinner with a bit of protein added to the meal and some extra fresh greens.
