How many more “preferred” meals do you want to have?
Are you eating from what your body finds comforting?
Or, are you eating what your soul needs for fulfillment?
Because, at some point, that is your choice?
But that choice is not for you alone. Many others depend upon the liveliness of your presence in their lives. Each bit is not about you. It’s more than what your mouth feels comforting. Eating is much more than just food.
So, how many more “preferred” “comforting” meals do you want to have?
