Coconut oil is all the rag right now. My daughter uses it to whiten her teeth. I use is as a carrier oil with my essential oils. So versatile, it has many uses.

Wow there are so many things I love about Coconut oil. I can not praise its benefits enough! I use it for everything from my skin to cooking and all in between lol I use it on my dogs, in my hand soaps I make, lotions I make I use it on my skin, wounds, my little ones bottom for diaper rash or heat rash. Uses are absolutely endless 🙂
It is awesome. We used it for everything …food, dental health, skincare, dietary health, for hair,..everything! I love the fact that coconut oil can be used for so many different things! I have used mine straight out of the jar for my dry skin, make a dandelion salve for my mother (to help with achy joints, etc.), and added tea tree oil and brown sugar to make an acne-scrub for my sister!
