  4. I decided to be more active early in the morning. So far I have kept to it with the exception of two mornigs when I was sick. It really does help with energy throughout the day too.

      Stick with it, even when you have limited time or feel a bit under the weather, or when the weather isn’t a perfect solution for exercise or walking.
      Even walking out into the fresh air and walking a 100 feet will make a difference in your subconscious mind to stick with the habit, and with the conscious mind to tell you have succeeded today! Celebrate! And get re-motivated!

  5. Positive attitude after losing both parents last year and 3 family members unexpectedly. Gave up my ice cream crutch and back on veggies

  6. My New Year resolution is to be more organized and stop putting everything to the last minute. So far it is working out very well. Had one day when I strayed but got right back on the saddle again.

  13. Cleaning out my junk room and making it into a real usable room. Two car loads donated and two dumpsters full of junk on the curb. Another week or so and I might be ready to hang curtains and move the treadmill in from the garage!

  14. Mine is being more at peace within myself and I’m learning that it’s okay to not stress/worry over the littlest things as much. So far, I am doing great and I feel like this might be the best year yet for my anxiety.
