Personally, I’ve become a little obsessed with essential oils. I’ve even gone so far as to buy plants in order to attempt make my own oils. About a week later, I noticed that my husband came home in a stressed mood. He was short with us and we all left him alone, because when someone has a lot on their mind, you leave them alone. Less than a half an hour later, he was laughing and playing with the kids, playfully throwing the ball with my son and smiling. Normally, he doesn’t stop thinking about what’s worrying about so fast, but he did.

I then thought back through the last week. It seemed like a common pattern. He would come home and his mood would shift within a half an hour. Weird, but okay. I went online and researched oil diffusers to see if I could use them with my oils.
