Amazingly refreshing and filling Vegetarian retreat to yumminess

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp pine nuts
- 1 head cauliflower florets
- 2 onions, quartered
- 8 cups water
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Dry-roast pine nuts on stove until brown. Set aside.
- Steam cauliflower and onion, then puree until smooth. Add water as needed to make a smooth texture.
- Return mixture to stove and add remaining ingredients.
- Simmer 5 minutes and serve.
- Garnish with pine nuts.
