Diets have been the bane of my existence for too many years. How about you?

Last January I was invited to take part in the beginnings of an extraordinary project — The UnDiet Project. What unfolded over the ensuing months, from a rich mix of professionals with their own weight loss stories to tell, was a wonderful, new, and much needed approach to weight loss.

The UnDiet Project focuses on us, the human persons, who struggle with our weight. It is not a diet. Like its name says, it is an UNDIET. It acknowledges the real problem with diets is not in losing weight. Every diet will help you lose a few pounds. The REAL PROBLEM is weight re-gain.
