      Congratulations on your new purchase! I have been using a pressure cooker for several years and AM LOVING IT!
      Sometimes life happens, and we need to cook a fast meal that is not compromised in taste or nutrition.
      Today, I am making Pressure Cooker Honey Chicken for my guests who are coming… unexpectedly!
      Well, I got my frozen chicken packs, put them into water for 30 minutes, then into the cooker! I’ll share the recipe when my images are ready! I’ll tag you here.

      Both of these kitchen gadgets have been my thankful investments.
      I make super awesome dinners from frozen anything in 10 minutes on average. It can’t beat anything!
      Just add a fresh salad, and voila, dinner’s served.

  6. I wish I had a cooker like this. I can’t stand the boxed scalloped or au gratin potatoes so I always make them in the oven which takes forever. These look delish! I pinned 🙂

      The Pressure Cooker has changed my life! I love it for main two reasons:
      #1 It preserves more nutritional value of the food prepped, and
      #2 Quick turnaround on the meals and recipes.
      I love recipes with beans. And you know how long they need to be cooked! In this pressure cooker, depending on the bean type, I can cook my favorite beans and legumes anywhere from 2 (lentils, very soft legume) to 10 minutes! That’s it! Then I use beans, grains cooked in the pressure cooker for my salads and all sorts of fillings.

  27. So many people are getting table top pressure cookers sound wonderful. Just don’t know if I would use it that much. Mandolin works great for slicing.
