Thai Curry Cashews Roasted With Coconut Sugar

Ingredients

  • 2 cups raw unsaslted cashews
  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 1 Tbsp yellow curry powder
  • 1 Tbsp coconut sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Place cashews in a spacious glass bowl or container (plastic container may be permanently stained from curry powder).
  4. Sprinkle and coat cashews with coconut oil.
  5. Sprinkle and coat cashews with curry powder and coconut sugar.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes.
  7. Cool before enjoying this treat.
