As the holidays are are in full swing, and a lot of people are getting together to celebrate and then leave for a Christmas vacation elsewhere, here’s a nice reminder of mindful eating at all times of our lives (not just during a holiday!)
Keep in mind that certain types of carbohydrates will and shall produce weight gain in the majority of the population. Plus not all fats are created equally either.
