This is a very beautiful and powerful process – that is of Transformation. And YOU are the one who’s in control! That’s the beauty of it.
There are some events and circumstances that we cannot control or even influence. But what we can do is nurture that oasis within ourselves that is of peace, of love, of creative process. Once you start partaking from that source, there’s no other more powerful ambrosia that could be available to you.
This internal source is your building blocks, your DNA for your daily life. And what you want to do with it is up to you. Totally.
Take this gift that everyone of us is born with and start feeding it with your ideas, your actions, with your determination to follow your path of your dream.

These are wonderful sayings to keep in mind. When things are really bad I remind myself that I can get through it one breath at a time, and then one step. Spending time with my kids who find the joy in the little things helps me tremendously too.
Most times I simply ask myself to ‘BREATHE’…I tend to forget to do so. Once I let my self take a deep breath I calm down, at least enough to see clearer.
