You can eat as healthy as you want but you need to exercise to burn fat as well. Not to mention you can overeat healthy foods as well.

You are completely right about your body will tell you. You don’t have to read labels as much if you know how to read yourself.
I have to remember not eat starchy carbs after 2pm! I usually try to avoid carbs after 3 or 4 pm, but it is really difficult, because that’s when I have really bad sugar cravings.
These are great tips. I will try hard not to have starchy carbs during the last meal of the day.
Not only do we have a slim genetics but also, our metabolisms are fast so I’m very glad that I do not have to dwell with loosing weight because I can’t imagine doing these things for the sake of loosing body fats.
