Instructions
- Cook onions on in a skillet with olive oil until tender.
- Thinly slice brussels sprouts and add them to the onions. Cook until the sprouts tender. But do not overcook.
- Transfer the Brussels sprouts into a serving dish, add pistachios, cranberries and Parmesan cheese. Spice up to your taste.
